Circa 1930s and straight from New Orleans, this cocktail is named after the French Quarter. Rye, Cognac, and sweet vermouth with dashes of Benedictine and 2 kinds of bitters.

This cocktail is a modern bourbon twist of the classic Last Word. An equal parts cocktail with citrus, Amaro, Aperol, and Bourbon.

When properly prepared, at first sip a Manhattan will raise your eyebrows... Endlessly adaptable, this cocktail is able to morph into other incarnations without losing its flair. The finish is usually an Amarena cherry or sometimes a twist.
