Sours

A noble and distinctive drink with its good name sullied through years of association with pre-made mixes. At the VTR, we've worked hard to restore the sour to its proper place of glory. The fresh-squeezed lemon and lime juice, simple syrup, and an egg white, act to bind the juice, sugar, and alcohol into a showcase for the primary liquor.

Old Overholt rye makes it spicy.

Johnnie Walker Black, smoky, with the subtlest woodsy note.
Apricot Brandy

Lush and fruity, with an aroma of a sun-ripened apricot.

Lairds, tart and tangy, like a Granny Smith.
Amaretto Di Saronno

Sweet notes of almond and cherry.
Pisco

Tangy white grape brandy from Peru is dusted with Vietnamese cinnamon & dotted with aromatic bitters.

The Lady in Red

Vodka blended with the Tango Room’s own red wine reduction. Adorned with marinated grapes, this sangria-like cocktail has been a long-time favorite of Tango Room regulars.
The Lady in White

Lovely and mild, with definite lemon notes and a soft, frothy texture. This cocktail is definitely on the drier side.
The Apricot Lady

Features the heady aromatics of ripe apricots, nicely balanced with the lemon juice. Dry, and a bit stronger than the other ladies. (by Paulius)
