Ramos Gin Fizz

Henry C. Ramos invented this cocktail at his bar in Meyer’s Restaurant in New Orleans back in 1888. Light and frothy, with wonderful hints of orange blossom and citrus, served with a spoon so you don't miss one ambrosial foamy bit.
Royal Fizz

Smooth and custard-like, this lovely cocktail is as fizzy as its sister, the Ramos, but richer and subtly denser, with notes of vanilla and a whole egg giving this amazing concoction its beautiful golden glow.
India Lime Fizz

A VTR original, featured on The Food Channel's “Best Thing | Ever Drank,’ this fizz brings the exotic taste of floral India limes and notes of vanilla to the rich and creamy base. The use of a whole egg disguises a particularly powerful cocktail. (by Paulius)
Shanghai Fizz

Exotically herbaceous, leaning towards heavenly. With a flavor like no other, it’s made with the only liqueur so good they named a color after it... Only at the VTR.
Housemade Eggnog

Frothy and wonderfully spiced with a mixture of brandy and dark rum. Made according to the owner's own recipe. Especially festive during the holidays but, at the VTR, we're happy to make it for you any time.
