This savory rum based cocktail mimics the original dessert created at Brennan's in New Orleans in 1951. Made with rich dark rum, Black walnut bitters, our in-house made banana cinnamon syrup and creme. One of the very best night caps.

This cocktail is an oldie but a goodie. Created by a New Orleans native Philibert Guichet for a competition in New York in 1918, this mint, chocolate, and creme concoction has stood the test of time. It has held a spot on New Orleans Tujague's menu ever since.
